About Me

Experienced S&C Coach with over 5 years experience and currently working with professional boxers, martial artists, endurance & track runners, HYROX and team sports.

Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning and commitment to providing you with the best possible route to success, through education, knowledge, programming and accountability.

Personal interests lie in martial arts, Olympic weightlifting, sprinting, plyometrics, kettlebells and pretty much all effective training methods under the sun!
